Vodka for us is all about the mouthfeel. It's a textural experience and something that should be enjoyed numerous ways including as a martini. We've made exactly that in this cocktail.
Haiver Vodka has been washed in macadamia oil, then frozen so we can strain off the oils, then blended with Australian Vermouth and cold distilled mandarin. The idea behind the macadamia is to keep the integrity of the traditional martini whilst adding flavour, texture and complexity. This is complemented by the mandarin to create a smashable boozy beverage.
Serve this guy chilled in a martini glass. 200ml for two serves.
