This a collaboration with Offshoot coffee using distilled midroasted Brazilian beans for the base spirit. These have been distilled in our rotary evaporator after spending 3 days macerating under a constant flow at 50 degrees. We chose the midroasted bean as it has significantly less bitterness and really brings out the coffee oil aromas along with a sweeter flavour and lots of chocolate.
The midroasted coffee spirit is mixed with cold brew and a pineapple made 'in house' to create Haiver's version of the Espresso Martini. Enjoy this on ice and drink like a whisky in a low ball glass. 200ml in this guy for two serves. Enjoy
